Do I need a maintenance plan if my door works fine?
Most breakdowns give warning signs long before the door actually fails. A yearly inspection catches worn cables, loose hardware, and spring wear while it is still a small, inexpensive fix instead of an emergency call.
What is not covered by a maintenance plan?
Maintenance plans cover inspection, testing, lubrication, and adjustments. They do not cover replacement parts, major repairs, or damage from accidents or weather. Those are quoted separately, same as any repair.
Can I sign up if R&Y did not install my door?
Yes. We service and maintain garage doors and openers of any brand, whether we installed them or not.
